The Research Of Residential Community Design Of Vanke Model

Residential Community Design is an important design area. With the social and economic development, the material and mental demand for residence is also growing. The domestic design and construction for residential communities are in the ascendant phase. Each year, there are a large number of new built residential communities. The design for these projects has gradually become hotspots. But at the same time we also note that the domestic design of residential communities is not good enough, such as deficient design, the mediocre design, backward construction techniques and poor blueprints etc. All these factors result in no outstanding works for Residential Community available domestically. At the same time, the theoretical research has also lagged behind and the design is lack of systematic theory support, which is leading to the low level design capability of the residential communities.Vanke as the advanced leader in the residential communities industry, its designed and built residential community design has a certain representativeness. This paper, proceeding from Vanke model's design of residential community, through the exposition and analysis of the representative project for Vanke Residential Community, with the relevant theoretical research, on-site investigation, survey, try to find out the personalized elements in the design of Vanke Residential Community. At the same time, through the research of successful or failure design for Vanke model in the residential communities, some lesson learned reference points are summed up to guide the domestic design of residential communities. On the one hand to collect the available research achievements, on the one hand to provide the valuable reference for the future design.In this paper, the research is explored through examples analysis, on-site investigations, theoretical research, surveys etc.; identifying the relationship between Vanke development model and its personalized design; summarizing the unique design elements of Vanke communities, so as to extract a universal significance for the design experience.
