Control system is a key part of automatic biochemistry analyzer; it not only has an important academic significance, but also has great practical significance to focus on this part.This paper proposes a new control scheme:Firstly, divides automatic biochemical analyzer control system into several subsystems, use CAN bus to communicate;Secondly, designs subsystem based on one master AVR MCU and four slave AVR MCUs using TWI to communicate;Thirdly, puts forward a design of the stepper motor control module based on AVR MCU + L297 IC + L298 IC, and applies this new type of stepper motor control technique to the Motion Control System of automatic biochemical analyzer successfully.Fourth, completes the temperature control circuit, AC and DC drive circuits and signal detection circuit, and the design of other modules.Finally, designed and produced a control circuit board, prepared the control procedures. Through repeated experiments debugging, the reliability of this new type of automatic biochemical analyzer control system, as well as the accuracy of the stepper motor rotational positioning has been tested. The experimental results show that this new type of automatic biochemical analyzer control system to meet the functional requirements of the equipment, in improving its accuracy, reliability while reducing costs.
