Research On Power Meter Calibration And Error Adjustment Mode

With the rapid development of national economy, electric energy which is considered to be an important energy source has obtained wide application in every aspect of the society. Power meter is regarded as a main tool in current measurement and economic settlement. Its nicety has a direct relationship with the behalf between country and meter user. So it's really important to give an error adjustment of unqualified meter. At present the power meter factory depends mainly on the operators'experience when they adjust it. There is no reliable and effective guidance mode, the automation degree is low. This article has put forward to establish an error adjustment mode, explains and introduces the construction principle, algorithm and process of it.Because of the disadvantage of power meter calibration in management style, it is hard to realize the whole automation and satisfy the requirement of new situation. This article has developed and designed the power meter calibration information management system which has advanced technology, practical function and comprehensive management. Thus improve the automatic and intelligent level of power meter calibration information management.This article makes further research and discusses mainly in the following aspects:1. This article analyses the basic principle of power meter measurement. As the efficiency of power meter error adjustment is low at present, it puts forward a guidance mode of error adjustment.2. The power meter calibration and information management system is designed and developed, which realizes the intellectual and automatic management of power meter calibration information. It could query, revise, add and delete the calibration information, and realize the report automatic generation.3. On the basic of existed checking table, design the power meter calibration device which realizes the measuring, compute, display and store of power meter error data.4. The serial communication technology is implemented to receive, send and store the voltage, current, pulse and error data which transmit from lower computer to host computer.The power meter calibration management system is a good-size synthesis information system. It has many advantages, such as advanced technology, well-designed and good security. Meanwhile it is provided with well expansibility and reiteration. The design and application of this system will definitely improve the work efficiency and automation level of power meter calibration.
