Along with the economic and social development and the progress of gridtechnology, people pay more and more attention to the requirement of power quality,at the same time in order to rationalize electricity charge system, promote energyconservation and emission reduction policy, fully implementing ladder electricityprice in our country. If the implementation of ladder electricity price, however, theconventional artificial meter reading way will not be able to meet the demand of thecorresponding management and service, therefore must establish the correspondinginformation collection project, to change the current user information incomplete,Liaoning province, not timely and accurate status quo, improve the level ofintelligent power grid, improve power supply reliability.In this paper, combined with regional characteristics and development situation,Liaoning province, on the premise of fully understand the related technologydevelopment at home and abroad, under the condition of satisfy the relevant designbasis and principle of the multiple terminal, many specifications, the concretescheme of multi channel, set up in accordance with local work demand of largepower users power-expenditure information acquisition system, realizes the layeredsystem architecture and software architecture, physics through diversified interfacemethod and the uniform platform to realize the data sharing between with othersystems function, realizes the electric power users of electricity data accurate,real-time and complete collection function. By selecting the advanced technologyand equipment in the design, build reasonable data model and structure, to achievethe current electricity information collection work for low voltage large power userssecurity and functional requirements.
