Avoid collision at sea ship navigation problem has been the focus of science and technology research areas. Over the years, because of the ship by the navigable waters, sea state, weather conditions, traffic density, the ship's own conditions, and drivers of operational experience and level of impact and other factors, give the ship suffered a collision, the rocks and fire and other accidents caused enormous losses. According to statistical analysis of ship collisions at sea mainly from the human factors, performance in the pilot of the ship's exercise trends, timing of collision avoidance, collision risk and collision avoidance decision-making, such as the estimated unclear. Simulation results show that particle swarm optimization method can not only help to solve many cases of ships which will be the event of the ship steering angle optimal value, but also to many ship collision avoidance decision-making system of intelligent design and development;â‘¢in order to overcome the PSO easy to fall into local optimum problem, the text also introduces a Quantum-behaved Particle Swarm Optimization (QPSO) algorithm can be used find the global optimum of the quantum particle swarm optimization.
