It is known that wave-shaped cage is loaded to the bearings in the assembly of ball bearing automatically. Firstly, balls are gathered by a gathering-ball device, and then divided equally in the channel of bearing. The principle of dividing ball with fluid is researched in this paper. And the main study is how to use the principle of fluid to divide balls equally between the ball bearings inside and outside the ring in the channel in order to complete the assembly of Cage.Firstly, the characteristics and background application of ball-bearing are introduced, especially the research and development situation of the equipment technology about dividing ball both at home and abroad in this paper. And the deficiency of those equipment is pointed out. In order to resolve these issues, the principle of dividing ball with fluid is proposed. Bernoulli's equation and the full-bridge damping network may explain the mechanism of dividing ball with fluid in detail.Secondly, the force and motion analysis of the balls under the power of fluid is analysed.
