As statistic there are 13.2 million senior citizens in china. The population was increased 3.2 percent every year. The population above 80years was increased 5 percent every year. There are 27000 thousand senior citizens cannot self-dependence. 700 thousand are hemiplegia. There are 30 percent gawkiest people in 820 thousand senior citizens. 240 thousand people cannot get up in all. The senior citizens problem is serious in our country. Because Of family planning our country's population will show the current by 4:2:1. Every family is under a big pressure. So a suit of tools which can help man to realize self-dependence and can lighten family's pressure were everyone's wish.With the increase of the population of the old he health care to the old is becoming one of a most important problem in the society. The typical manual health care method should be transformed under the pressure of the improvement of life quality. Using automatic and intelligent devices is a better way to solve the above problem. This paper studied and designed a robotized care bed which could reduce the labor intension of nurses, increase the self-help capability of patients and be applied widely in hospitals and families for its advantage in future.Adopt humanized way to design a multifunctional bed and a switching assistive device. So it make the disabled person realized the switching between bed and wheelchair. Some feasible mechanisms had been figured out by analyzing the locomotive track of moved parts in the care bed. At last the project of level and block mechanism which could meet better most of actual requirements of care bed was set up and the movement model of the mechanism was also made to analyze the practical process of device on the basis of kinematics and dynamic.
