The road surface can be paved with seals and asphalt simultaneously by Synchronous Pavement Surface Dressing Equipment, and then rolled in time, which is called Synchronous Pavement Surface Dressing technology. It can be used in broad fields in China, such as constructing highway,city road and rural road.The thesis is a part of the project on Synchronous pavement Surface Dressing Technology and Equipment research of the Shaan Xi Traffic Hall, the XI'AN ROAD CONSTRUCTION MACHINERY CO., LTD and Chang An university. After looked up lots of data and documents, the efficiency and the character of the hydraulic system are analyzed, the control principle of the asphalt amount is studied. Then, according to the control demands, the proper control targets are decided, which are reliable evidences for control system design.The controller is designed in the thesis, which based on Intel 80C196KC. The circuits are designed with separate parts, such as speed detecting, temperature detecting PWM circuit and so on; the proper control principles are set up to satisfy the work requires, the PID mathematics module, used for adjusting rotation, is given; the complex logic transform relation is simplified with the logic transform matrix; the software code is finished with the C196 language.Under the WAVE6000 circumstances, the whole system, including the hardware and the software system, is debugged in the controller experiment; during the sample experiment, the curves of work character of the whole system are drew, which the performance of the software system and the precise of the whole system are improved with; at last, according to the experiment results and the sample road constructed by the sample machine, the quality is fit for the requires, the design and analysis before are proved to be correct.
