| The intake of air mass is one of the key questions of the electronic controlling fuel injection system in I.C. engines. A new kind of hot-film's mass airflow sensor is studied in this paper.The purpose of this study lies in controlling the inject fuel to the automobile engine precisely; aim to raise the motive and economy, lower the exhaust of an automobile engine. Thus, the automobile will adapt the demand of modern society.In this paper, some questions will be discussed as follows.First, the work principle of the air mass flow sensor is discussed. After the analysis and comparison, the advantage of the air mass flow sensor used in the automobile are discussed.Second, in order to know the circumstance of the problem abroad in this aspect, the hot film air mass flow sensor that the BOSCH Company produced is introduced briefly.Third, in this paper, a kind of simple electricity bridge electric circuit of the air mass flow meter is designed; a kind of simple adjustment and calibration system is designed. We adjust and calibrate the air mass flow meter which made in simple method. The test result proves that the accuracy of this sensor accord with the current usage request.The test result shows that the characteristic curve of flow voltage is well agreed with the theoretical analysis; the measurement repeatability is very good. The sensor works stably and reliably.It also indicated on the basis of researching results that the hot-film flow sensor can be used not only in mass air flow measurements, but also in other fluid flows. The research presented in this paper is just a good beginning for the deeply investigation on this type flow meter and its application. |
