The experiment result shows the designed multiple code tracks encoder and the corresponding measurement circuit has high accuracy and reliability and the whole measurement system features stable operation, good real-time performance and high measurement accuracy.Torque is an important parameter reflecting the state of rotation axis in the process of mechanical transmission. Torque measuring technology has become absolutely necessarily method on the production development, test analysis, quality test, security and optimizing control and so on of various mechanical productions. Torque online measurement can make less time and accident for unplanned inspect, fast analysis the excuse of making the accident or malfunction and has very important meaning of improvement production efficiency and economic benefit. The system based on principles of angle torque measurement, designed the photoelectricity dynamic torque measurement system, and several related experiments are done for the performances testing. This paper has accomplished the following work:According to the linear relationship between the angle and torque, and the measurement principles of photoelectric encoder, designed the photoelectricity multiple code-tracks encoder torque sensor. The two photoelectricity multiple code-tracks encoder shared circle, and the pulse used to torque measurement. At the same time the accuracy of the process does not increase the difficulty of occasions for the project.Because of the signal after photoelectric conversion was weaker and vulnerability to interference, this paper designed the signal processing circuit. The system had used high performance operational amplifiers to deal with optoelectronic signal. for removing environmental interference and dithering pulse, designed the filter and trigger circuit, ensure efficiently the measurement accuracy and reliability. The system used the single chip AT89C52 and designed the circuit of single chip and the programme of the single chip, achieved counting, processing and communication to computer.This paper used the software LabVIEW to design the virtual instrument, and accessed the pluses to the computer, and made the real-time waveforms display, also can transfer the historical data, data processing and other functions, improve intelligence and reduce the cost of the hardware resources.Through data analysis and experimental the whole measurement system features stable operation, good real-time performance and high measurement accuracy.
