For the progress of science and the enhancement of machining ability, Space optics has being developed greatly. More and more telescopes and space cameras were launched into Space to serve the human being. Wide spectrum, large aperture, long focal length and high-resolution would be general developmental direction. In order to test those telescopes, large aperture and long focal length collimator has made a extraordinary progress as telescopes is developing. Its wavelength ranges from EUV to LWIR, aperture from decadal centimeters to several meters and focal length close to a hundred meters. At first, this paper introduces the development of large optical test facility in foreign country, such as UCA, LOTIS in American, "Vertical" in Russia, Focal X of ESA and "KRISS" in Korea etc.according to the design demands, carry out the initial structure parameters by two-mirror theory. Then make the entrance off-axis and optimize the initial structure, finally get satisfied results. The facility isn't able to achieve design lever because of industrial factors. Toleration limitation analysis is carried on the foregoing result by Zemax program. From the analysis data, it is easy to understand how much the industrial factors do to degrade collimator image quality. Each system would be influenced more or less by ambient environment. It is important to analyze the effects qualitatively of air turbulence, uneven temperature distributing and take preventable action.
