The Countermeasures Research On Safety Management Of Construction Enterprise

With the rapid economic growth, construction sector has developed a pillar industry in China. Due to the increasing urbanization process and improvement of living condition, the construction scale of the country has been growing with fast speed. However, because of the high-risk occupational characteristic, the frequency of safety accident goes up at the same time, which has led to great loss of wealth and damage of people's health and safety. Therefore, safe production has become the focused subject by the entire society, which needs to be improved by the efforts from all the parties related.Based on the data collection of on-site safety management, this article describes the current safety situation of China construction industry. By using theories on safety accident reason, modern management science, behavior science and statistics etc., the paper makes a thorough analysis on the problems and conflicts existing in construction enterprises. Meanwhile, by researching from aspects of market, personnel, cost, and management and learning experiences from the advanced countries, some suggestions and solutions are given in this paper, which will be valuable and beneficial to improve safety management level of construction enterprises and reduce safety accidents.
