The Research Of Problems And Countermeasure On The Safety Management Of Construction Project

With the continuous upgrading of the consumption of basic necessities of life, after gradually solve the problem of food and dress, People pay more and more attention to "live" and "walking". The "live" ? "walking" and the construction industry are inseparable. At present, the construction industry in China has been developing for many years, scale is getting bigger and bigger, the construction quality also gets continuous improvement. But the engineering safety management has not got enough attention and solution, resulting engineering accidents always happened. Engineering safety issues become more and moreconcerned.The point of this paper is how to improve the level of safety and quality of management in the construction industry,At present,The level of the construction industry management isn't so high, which results many accidents occur very often.many construction units keep no eye on safety and quality management,but they do it just for the permission of building construction,the security measure become useless.What the construction units do will result in serious engineering accidents.Firstly, this paper introduces the basic concepts and social background of the building engineering in safety management. The safety is life of building engineering and it's also the purpose we are pursuing.We put safety first in every work and make sure the work is finished.During building construction,every building unit must strength the build of construction project safety management supervision system.We analyzed the development situation of construction safety management in our country in recent years and we also analyzed the safety management mode of other countries to understand what we are lack of.Secondly,the author analyzed safety management of our country in detail,introduced function and characteristics of safety management and make sure safety management's important position,as well as,we make it clear of the meaning of building enterprise and social development. Then author analyzed what problems our country's construction engineering safety management exists in.And we put forward the countermeasures about the problems.Finally,we put cases about the high fall and other related cases,and studied its problems,analyzed the reasons and put specific solutions to solve the problems.
