When winter in northern China, snow and frozen roads frequently lead to traffic accidents and reduce the service life of road. Comparing with tradition methods such as chemical and mechanical means, uses the electric properties of carbon fiber conductive concrete to melt snow or ice on roads is a viable and environmentally friendly method.This article is on basis of previous studies, combine with the paving methods using actually on roads and bridges, take advantage of well pavement performance and heat transfer performance of the asphalt concrete, research of carbon fiber heating concrete using on roads, bridges or tunnels, which is based on PCC + AC Composite Pavement and with High-strength lightweight concrete as inlusation. At the same time, in order to apply electric concrete on bridges, platforms and walkways surface, we do experimental research about the concrete using on sidewalk either.Produced materials of each structural layer, assembly them and then do worming tests, de-icing tests and tests of full-light concrete about insulation effect, record the temperature of each level during the tests and changes of resistivity in electric layer and then do analysis. Explore the appropriate dosage of carbon fiber and its effect on clearing ice and snow when used in actual project. At last, simulate condition that electric concrete works when temperature of environent reduces fast by the FEM software ANSYS, to search the improvement of temperature field for the Asphalt road.Tests shows: when ratio of cement sand and stone is 1:1:2, and the quality of shortcut PAN carbon fiber is 6.0% of cement, the concrete takes on the best comprehensive properties; with the gravel-type shale figuline sand and stone, whose density is 800-garde concrete of full-light thermal insulation can be made, which can meet the pavement performance and thermal conductivity of which is only 0.44 (W / m·℃) one quarter of common concrete; galvanized for 30 minutes, the temperature of the surface of asphalt layer begins to rise in the heating experiment of the structure combination of the materials, and by 24℃in 300 minutes, which shows the temperature effect is obvious. In de-icing tests, the ice, which has the initial temperature of -16℃and the thickness of 1.5cm, can be completely dissolved after 500 minutes, which takes on the de-icing effect. In the experiment, the setting of full-light thermal insulated layer makes the temperature between electric heating layer and full-light concrete layer rise 8℃higher, and the surface of asphalt 6℃higher, compared to ordinary concrete layer, which shows the effect thermal insulation is obvious. In the experiment of the Application in sidewalk, the temperature of marble surface increased by 35℃in 35 minutes: the heating effect is good. Using ANSYS finite element analysis software, It is found that If pre-heated before cooling, the course of the asphalt surface temperature going down can even be changed, which can keep the temperature above 0℃.This article focus on engineering practice, broaden the application of electric concrete on road project, and also do some experimental exploration about the use of carbon fiber conductive concrete in road project finally.
