Research On Construction Technology Of Concrete Pavement Reconstruction In Seasonal Frost Region

The design life of substantial part of cement concrete pavement isapproaching. While some are not up, the rapid economic development has led toa dramatic increase in traffic, causing serious damage to the cement concretepavement, which affects the driving comfortability and reduces the usefullife.The cement concrete pavement needs to overlay alterations urgently in Jilinprovince.This paper is relay on Yingbai highway of Jilin province to analyze thereason of the cement concrete pavement diseases, which is based on practicalengineering need, theoretical indoor study and a large number of pavementdisease survies. First of all, we obtain and master the damaged condition ofcement panel, the intensity of pavement and roadbed, and make a certainevaluation about pavement structure; Then on the basis of the analysis of cementconcrete pavement diseases to make a variety of repair method on road and builtthe test road; And test roads consisted of13kinds of pavement structure, whichincludes asphalt overlays, rubber-modified asphalt stress absorbing layer andsemi-rigid base on existing cement concrete pavement, fragmentation of cementconcrete pavement, structure layers after joint treatment of pavement and so on,and undergone long-term observation. Thirdly, mechanical analysis of pavementstructure which uses different treatment methods are carried out according tocharacteristics of cement concrete pavement, Reconstruction schemes of cement concrete pavement are recommended on the basis of above; Finally, constructiontechnologies of cement concrete pavement are summarized and reconstructionschemes of used cement concrete pavement that suitable for the feature ofclimate and vehicles composition in Jilin province are put forward.
