Closed-wet cooling tower is researched in the paper.The paper is based on the experiment data and the DPM model in Fluent to build the heat and matter transfer model in closed-wet tower.The model is used to simulate the heat and matter transfer in closed-wet tower. Droplet-Flow is applied in order to simulate Membrane-Flow by controling the velocity of droplet. In order to reduce the windage of the simulation,the method of Orthogonal Test is used to obtain the credible simulation results.By iterative calculation,the distributing of velocity, temperature, humidity can be obtained.The paper make mention of optimization in two aspects.1,In the paper the parameter of mass flux of air-water is optimized.The simulation and experiment is carried out under abundant conditions. By simulation and experiment, the paper gets the conclusion that on the condition that the mass flux of air keeps invariable,when the parameter of mass flux of air-water increase,the effect of heat transfer of the closed-wet cooling tower first increase and then decrease.When the parameter of mass flux of air-water is range from 0.9 to 1.0, the effect of heat transfer of the closed-wet cooling tower reach or approach the best.2,In the paper the mode of flow in the pipe is optimized.On the base of experiment, the two kind of modes is simulated. The paper gets the conclusion that the vertical mode is better than the horizontal mode.
