Oilfield Distribution Network reactive power optimization is a effective means to improving the field of power system voltage quality, reducing power loss, ensuring maximum economic efficiency and national energy security. This paper considers the actual situation of the oil distribution system reactive power compensation and studys the oil distribution system reactive power optimization.In this paper, the present situation of Zhongyuan Oilfield Distribution of reactive power compensation is surveied and analysised.The situation is combined with its actual operation status.The paper studied the reactive power optimization of distribution networks the basic theory and the current problems to explain the necessity and feasibility of the research. The Study compares the trend of power system calculation method selected for this article Newton Raphson method to calculate the network trend. The characteristics of distribution network for the oil field was established oilfield distribution network the minimum annual operating expenses for the establishment of objective function and oilfield distribution network reactive power optimization mathematical model. In the application of mathematical models for solving Lagrangian relaxation algorithm, the relaxation of constraints of the objective function is used to make sub-gradient update the Lagrange multipliers method to reducing the number of iterations, and requiring good convergence. The paper analysises the results of the distribution network of the Zhongyuan Oilfield transformation,Jindi and Weier, and determines the location of reactive power compensation. The results.reduces the power of network loss and improves the line power factor. Finally, the paper developes reactive power compensation scheme and applies to oilfield and describes the compensation package for the implementation of the project in Zhongyuan Oilfield.The effects on the implementation of the project are described and analyzed. The economic benefits is generated owing to the compensated The results show that the application of compensation has a good compensation effect and good value for money.
