In view ofΦ64mm for caliber dual aspherical convex lens(radius R1=549.5,K1=-1, R2=153.51,K2=-1,the optical material is k9),a CNC grinding and polishing technology was researched.Ensuring there is a higher accuracy and better surface finish quality,at the same time,solved the problems which is difficult to control of dual aspheric center deviations and central thickness.This paper presented a normative process of processing,and achieved a high-efficiency and fast polishing of the small and medium-caliber double-sided aspherical lens.Using Germany OptoTech milling cutter grinder ASM100CNC and polishing machine ASP200CNC-B for the CNC.Researched the coarse grinding processing,fine-grinding processing,full aperture polishing and small-caliber polishing head amending-polishing processing,and the related processing parameters.And using the United Kingdom TAYLOR HOBSON profilometer for making a number of feedback compensation to surface shape error during polishing,so that the surface shape accuracy can be gradually diminished,it's showed that t he final surface figure of the lens is 0.4762μm(the first side) and 0.4869μm(the second side),the accuracy on both sides of the final surface are less than 0.5μm,and the center deviation is less than 0.01mm.Meet the required precision of aspherical components in optical system.
