This essay researches and presents a high accuracy photoelectric auto-collimator based on PSD,in view of the condition of backward development of internal auto-collimator,the integral structure composed of light source,optical lens group,psd sensor,and its hardware and software processing system constituted.Switch-back optical path is employed during the designing process,which effectively reduces the volume of optical system and instrumentation,as well as develops simulation-based design and analysis of the auto-collimator optical system.Meanwhile,the essay concretely studies Position Sensitive Detector(PSD),setting Hamamatsu Company's Model S1880 PSD as an example,and improves the measurement precision of PSD,by using Artificial Neural Networks BP Optimization Algorithm and nonlinearity correction to it applying Coordinate Measuring Machine demarcating.This provides technological guarantee for the auto-collimator whole-range measurement repetition precision.The technical indicators of auto-collimator presented by this paper are:measuring range±5′;error of whole-range measurement less than 0.2″;measuring resolution less than 0.01″;measuring distance being 10m,which are applicable to minor-angle precise measuring environment.
