This paper mainly discusses method and technology of testing the parallelism between the aiming axe and emitting axe of laser sighting device. We proposed a method using by reflection collimator, up conversion device and CCD image collecting and analyzing system to testing the parallelism between the aiming axe and emitting axe of laser sighting device. Testing principle of the testing system was introduced. Analyzing work was also necessary after optical designing and structure designing of the testing system.We got an overview about the testing method of parallelism through reading a lot of relative literatures. We make analysis, compare, induction and conclusion to the testing method already exists. In order to meet the testing need, according to the specifications of the project, we designed a testing system, discussing the main structure, reflection collimator, doing optical designing and structure designing of the testing system. Comparing and selecting of every single unit device were also stated in detail. Then we made accuracy analysis about the testing system, and its accuracy could achieve 0.05mard, meeting the requirements given by the project.
