According to the problem that it is lack of method for Thermal Analysis and Thermal Design in our country at present. It is of great significance and application value for us to develop research on Fast and Parametric Thermal Analysis Technology of space deployable antenna. In that mean we can improve quality, shorten the design periods, save cost.In this paper we introduced the structure and Thermal Analysis situation of deployable antenna. Involve the effect of space environment to the in-orbit deployable antenna and the value of develop the Thermal Analysis platform for it, and thermal analysis theory for space deployable antenna.First, designed a deployable antenna-based software platform according to Thermal Analysis Technology of space deployable antenna, and study the development of this platform, get involved in the key technologies and the program of Modeling the hinged-rib structure antenna. Integrate two kinds of deployable antenna to the platform and then developed the software platform. The development of the software platform has provided a guarantee to on-orbit thermal analysis of these kinds of antenna rapidly. On-orbit Thermal Analysis of hinged-rib deployable antenna use the software platform. First, calculate the temperature distribution and then calculate the deformation of several conditions, and describe some conclusion through the calculate results, which provides a reference to engineering thermal design of the antenna.Through the study we found that thermal deformation effect the shape accuracy of antenna. So I designed a program to reduce the impact, which is shape adjustment based space thermal environment. Designed the mathematical model and through a large number of numerical simulation we get the conclusion that, this program can reduce the impact, and provides a reference to design the antenna net.
