Shape and precision adjustment technology for reflector of cable-net deployable antenna is investigated in this thesis. An method to the precision adjustment analysis is proposed based on finite element model adjustment, which is verified by experiment on 2m antenna.First, the basic principle of the sensitivity analysis of the finite element model updating is introduced in this text. Two solving methods for the sensitivity matrix and determination of the initial balance reference configuration of cable net structure are also introduced. The sensitivity analysis method of model updating is used in two equilibrium position in cable mesh antenna, and numerical example is given as an example for analysis in 10 m antenna.Then, in this thesis, Sensitivity analysis method for finite element model updating is used in adjustment precision of the reflecting surface, determining the size of the vertical cable length adjustment amount by calculating the sensitivity matrix and the residual vector. Theoretical model adjustment, theory guiding the actual model adjustment, theory guiding the actual cable-net adjustment considering the model updating and theory guiding the robust adjustment considering the model updating are analyzed in the process of cable adjustment. On this basis, A kind of robust adjustment method for precision for reflector of cable-net deployable antenna based on finite model adjustment is proposed, which improve the quantity of calculation, getting a higher accuracy of adjustment. The relationship between the adjustment line number and the total workload is also investigated in this thesis, then the simulation analysis is carried on.Finally, In order to validate the correctness of the theoretical method which is given in this thesis, The developable antenna model with 2m diameter rope net type is built, a series of relevant experiments are done on this model, the experimental results and simulation have a consistent trend, illustrating the feasibility of the proposed method in this thesis.
