With the development of economic, Chinese industrial enterprises needs more and more energy. But as the reducing of non-renewable energy in the world, it is required that our country should make the appropriate adjustment to the energy structure, in order to adapt to the situation of the global energy conservation. Then the hydropower and other renewable energy show an increasing important role in the structure of our country. So the construction of hydroelectric power stations can bring more and more renewable energy. And it can save more coal and oil, with which these energy can be used to other places. In the energy structure, the ratio of renewable energy can rise. Our needs of energy will be satisfied. And it is a important way to realize the sustainable development.Under construction of water conservancy projects, such as the Three Gorges hydropower station, Xiluodu, Jinping, Xiangjiaba, Longtan, Ertan hydropower Stations, most are located in the west of China. The complex condition of geological structure is a huge challenge to the modeling of the permeability structure and security-building of the power station. The strong local section activities, complication stress and development joints, faults and fractures are found in these areas. Considering the safety of post-construction, it is necessary to evaluate the stability of flow of ground water of facilities. So, it is necessary to research the seepage in the rock.Though coupling analysis of the permeability of basalt rocks and the mass stress, it results that the permeability is reducing with the depth of the negative exponential equation. Based on the theory,use the VB language to make programs. This article uses the data of a test section in the packer test boreholes. Arrange a whole serial stratum. With this program, it can calculate the elevation of grid cell and the elevation of surface. Also,in the situation of no stratum lost, the program can calculate the rock permeability everywhere in the rock, at the situation of same size of grid. Lastly, considering the factor of faults, calculate the permeability of grids. Then use the GMS (Groundwater Modeling System) empoldered by Environmental Model Research Laboratory of Brigham Young University of American and Drainage engineering test station of U.S. troops. Establish an infiltration model considering permeability structure and another without. Compare and analyze these two models, and gets the advantages of the model considering the permeability structure.Finally sing up recommendations to this way, and provide a guide to the followed work.
