This article studied the differential settlement and the stress mechanics of structure under various foundation treatments by means of theoretical calculation, finite elements analysis and field experiments, aiming at the problem of the dehiscence of structure and the differential settlement of foundation. For renovating the design conception, contriving the structure reasonably and optimizing the mode of foundation, the article put forward some useful opinions. The primary work as follows:1) Flexible pile and consolidated drained means both can minis the differential settlements of foundation ;2) The differential settlement of foundation under consolidated drained means is almost as the flexible pile's, but the stress of structure above is smaller much. So , the latter is advantaged for averting the dehiscence of structure on the condition that is without the request of subside;3) By analysis of the results of calculation, the optimal bound form and the pertinent contrastive results are obtained when adopting drainage by consolidation﹑ composite ground and different bound form of different types of ground treatment.4) By using Plaxis software, the article systematically calculates the change in the differential settlement under the operating mock of the different types of ground treatment﹑the different load ratio and so on and analyzes how the difference of the distances of piles and the difference of modular ration of piles and soils influence the differential settlement.5) By analysis of the results of calculation, the optimal bound form and the pertinent contrastive results are obtained when adopting drainage by consolidation﹑ composite ground and different bound form of different types of ground treatment.6) In order to verify rationality of the computational theories, based on the research of Jin-Hong Road, the results of calculation are analytically compared with the results of the actuarial measurement.
