With the development of modern power electronics technology, It needs plentiful rectifying power supply in industrial field. And people has realized that the rectifying system with lower power factor can bring harmonic pollution and pollute the electric net. So, eliminating harmonic pollution and improving power factor has been the development tendency of the rectifying system. The single-stage power factor techniques have gained much attention these years, A single-stage PFC converter combines the PFC stage and a DC/DC converter into onstage with a shared switch and controller. Implements the input current shape and provide tight output regulation. Besides, Due to the prodigious proportion of medium and big electronics equipment in power line, the research of three-phase single-stage PFC technology is becoming the research hotpot on international and native.According different classification method, the passive PFC approach and active PFC approach, the single-phase PFC approach and three-phase PFC approach, the single-stage PFC approach and two-stage PFC approach are analyzed and compared. And analyses the scope of application and the virtues of these topologies. Besides, introduce many three-phase PFC topologies. On the labor basis, presents a three-phase single-stage active power factor correction (APFC) topology which is based on full-bridge structure and uses a simple circuit structure. It operates in discontinuous conduction mode (DCM), the peak of input current follows the input voltage automatically. The electrical isolation between input and output sides and output voltage regulation can be achieved as well as power factor correction. The soft-switching of four switches are realized without adding any auxiliary device. Some introduction and analysis about the main circuit topology, working principle has been given in this paper, the controller chip uses UCC3895 produced by TI company. The chip's work principle and the design method of some preferences are introduced. Finally, the analysis on this converter has been verified through simulation and experiment.
