Design And Realization Of Power Management Display Unit In Marine Power Systerm

As the automation technology of modern ship develops rapidly, the requirement of continuity, reliability and economy of power station systems is more and more higher when the ship is sailing, so the monitoring, management and controlling of power station becomes more and more important. Based on the sufficient research and analysis on current domestic and overseas Ship Station Management System equipment, I designed a total Ship Station Management Display Unit by using the Single-chip Microcomputer, computer technology and advanced industrial controlling technology and computer technology.It introduces the main functions and working principle of Ship Power Management System. It describes the signal acquisition circuit, including the voltage signal sampling circuit, the current signal acquisition circuit, the frequency acquisition circuit and the calculation principle of the three-phase power factor.It gives the design method of the Ship Station Management Display Unit, so is design proposal of the Ship Station Management Display Unit, which using the LCD to show the measurement parameters.The theory of each module circuit has been introduced on this paper, including the microcontroller and its peripheral circuits, resistor/voltage converter, current/voltage conversion circuit, voltage analog/digital converter circuit, time chips, analog switches, photoelectric isolation circuit, system power, data storage chips, communication circuits and communication protocols.The hardware circuit is designed on the software of Protel DXP and technical of the single chip, which has been described in detail on this paper. We produce hardware circuit board in Dalian Electronic City.This article also describes the software Keil C51, using C language to compile the program of Single-chip Microcomputer, including the main function procedures, indicators and key management procedures, display drivers, interrupt procedures and protocol procedures. Using 232 port to communicate to the hardware on PC computer. At last the Ship Station Management Display Unit is been used in the engine simulator to communicate to the software of PC communicate.
