With the development of world economy, the transportation of passengers and goods in waters has made a rapid development. However, the accidents have occurred more and caused huge losses to people's lives and property. Major accidents often results adverse impact in social and are uncertain factors to the development of society. Recent some disasters of passenger ships have brought the issue of effective passenger evacuation, to the centre of attention of the maritime industry worldwide. It is very meaningful to carry out the research of passenger evacuation models. With comparison of the analysis of the evacuation model in and abroad, Social Force Model is proposed. Social Force Theory analysis the movement of pedestrian in passenger ship under inclination, and it can describe the human-boat-environment relationship in evacuation.Based on the study of the speed reduction of the persons affected by ship motion in abroad, the model of person evacuation speed in plane has been improved. After analysis of crowd dynamics, the expression of dynamical equations about evacuation with ship under inclination is put forward, and the equation of evacuation speed with ship slope under stability and equilibrium is derived, too.Based on Social Force Theory the passenger evacuation simulation demo system is developed, and the phenomena of self-organization, clogging, arching and faster-is-slower effect is simulated. And for some virtual scene, the simulation experiment is carried out with using developed simulation system. The affect of the passenger door width and the tilt angle on evacuation is studied. It provides some basis for ship design. Finally in combination with the research study, some suggestions are made in terms of passenger evacuation from people-boat-environment interaction.
