Diesel engine as a major power machinery, widely used in various industries, plays a very important role in production and daily life. Diesel engine has complex structure, poor working conditions, diverse fault modes and causes. The diagnosis of diesel engine fault can effectively improve its operating efficiency.Oil detection and fault tree analysis are suitable for large-scale complex systems typical failure analysis method; it has been widely used in complex systems, especially diesel engine fault diagnosis and maintenance of strategic analysis.This paper is divided into two parts, first part is the analysis of diesel engine faults, extract the sensitive parameters and determine the normal and fault range of the parameters under various loads; in this issue, this paper used the interpolation method by Matlab software, then used the diesel engine bench test data to determine the normal value of these parameter under the variety of loads, at last, used the methods of mathematical statistics, through the CAN collected the experimental data of diesel engines to calculate the fault range and normal range of these relevant parameters under various loads; in the second part this paper analysis the cause of diesel engine failure, and established the fault trees of various engine faults, in this issue, this paper used the fault tree analysis methods and oil detection technology to analysis of the diesel engine comprehensively, through the first part to determine the standard range of these parameters and assessment the conditions and work performance of the diesel engine by the methods of oil detections and fault tree analysis.In addition, this paper analyses the common fault phenomenon of the diesel engine, and established the fault trees, added the methods above, so, this paper has the reference value to the diesel engine fault diagnosis. |
