Body and frame are main loaded parts of non-integrated structure of a car, therefore, dynamic response analysis of the body and frame can be evaluated not only on their own performances, but also on their travel stability and other performances, its result can also provide a theoretical basis for body and frame's structure.Taking the body and frame of SUV model as an example, this paper has make a dynamic simulation, dynamic response analysis and fatigue life analysis. The specific works are as following:Taking the model analysis for the body and frame of SUV model by using the finite element method of calculation and analysis, thus obtained the body's inherent frequency and vibration of the first 10-order. Taking dynamics simulation in ADAMS, found out those nodes which has the larger stress on flexible body, and received the variation curve along the time of those nodes belong to the frame and suspension's force and the moment at the same time, thus became the random load in transient response analysis. Taking transient response analysis of the body and frame by Nastran, and found out the larger displacement and stress parts of the body and frame. Making stress fatigue life analysis in nSoft, then obtained the contour of logarithm fatigue damage and the logarithm life, and found out the larger fatigue damage places of the body.Through a detail analysis of the results, we obtained the places of the body and frame of the lager displacement, stress and fatigue damage under the dynamic load, which can be treated as a theoretical basis for the factory to improve the structural design, and also has a higher reality significance for improving the level of CAE analysis.
