China is a big power construction country, the hydraulic engineering and buildings in flood control,power generation,agriculture and tourism development and utilization of resources has played an important role, and made a great significant social and economic benefits. Currently, there are many reservoirs have low standard flood control, poor engineering quality, hidden dangers of serious problems, these issues not only affect the exertion of a project, but also threaten the lives and property of the people in the downstream. This requires real-time automatic monitoring in the dam, grasp the operational status, to make a comprehensive evaluation on the dam safety behavior , before the advent of the accident to take countermeasures, thereby ensuring dam safety.This paper describes the current monitoring data analysis of dam uplift pressure and its application in dam safety monitoring, combined with Guanyinge Dam safety monitoring and control system development, to analysis uplift pressure monitoring data, educe the state in which the dam at the present stage.Using finite element software, to simulate the dam temperature field distribution obtained the results of the analysis which similar to the actual measured values, you can get the present dam safety status; and add the finite element analysis program to reservoir comprehensive analysis and health assessment system, to reach that can be closely monitored the dam distribution of temperature at any time, so that administrators keep track of the security state of the dam.The research will be based on the theory of modern computer information technology, theory of monitoring analysis and evaluation on concrete gravity dam. Completes the monitoring data online analysis, edit, and develops the model of comprehensive evaluation and health trends. Details are as follows:(1)The main line of technical system development:Database is the centre of the system, and net as the platform, the development will be a combination of B/S mode and C/S mode, in order to achieve the unity of professional and universal. The development of C/S part in system using VC and VB, and B/S using JAVA and JSP, use Tomcat5.0 Server release. Database system using SQL SERVER 2000SP4 System, system platforms can use Win 2000/Win XP.(2)Professional analysis and technical line of health assessment: â‘ To develop the model edit software of dam monitoring data according to Standardized gravity dam data edit.â‘¡According to the project, to develop the observed data analysis model of deformation, cracks, seepage, infiltration pressure, air temperature, water temperature, stress and strain. Analysis model is composed of statistical model and deterministic model, and the following topics are achieved: Correlation Analysis of safety monitoring features, the trend of model of changes, comprehensive analysis of finite element under feature load on dam, etc.â‘¢Based on the results of the monitoring system for the dam and the finite element analysis for the characteristic state of the dam, the health trend analysis system is developed using the grey relational grade analysis method.â‘£To develop the On-line Monitoring Analysis and Health Evaluation System on reservoir dam as the basis of above-mentioned model.Based on the results of the research, development and completed the "Guanyinge dam safety monitoring and evaluation system", and is already applied to practical.
