The Prediction and control of blasting casualty is always an important subject in engineering blasting field,especially the hazard of blasting seismic is focused more attention, on the basis of concluding research results from blasting seismic at home and abroad,In this paper,according to the safety monitoring of excavation blasting in the project of blasting seismic wave tests in rocks beside the Electrical Power Plant. On the basis of the theoretical analysis and combined with vas field measured data,the transmission rules of blasting seismic peak value of vibration speed about Pit Step and their relations with blasting parameters are analysed and strength prediction accuracy is improved.Based on the blasting seismic wave propagation principle, The guide of the wave theory. the propagation law with the elevation of blasting seismic waves was studied using diffraction theory. And combined with the calculation formula of vibration velocity, on the basis of analyzing propagation rule and their characteristics in blasting seismic wave,the calculation formula of the peak value of vibration of blasting seismic wave in condition of having height deviation be puted forward. using the calculation formula of the peak value of vibration speed. The prediction formula of the attenuation rule in the peak value of vibration speed of the condition of the different height steps blasting was be built, according to regressive analysis of the data for blasting in rocks beside the Electrical Power Plant. And combined with the calculation formula of vibration velocity, on the basis of analyzing propagation rule and their characteristics in blasting seismic wave,the calculation formula of the peak value of vibration of blasting seismic wave in condition of having height deviation be puted forward. using the calculation formula of the peak value of vibration speed. The prediction formula of the attenuation rule in the peak value of vibration speed of the condition of the different height steps blasting was be built, according to regressive analysis of the data for blasting in rocks beside the Electrical Power Plant. The attenuation rule of the peak value of vibration speed in controlled blasting about pit-step was studied, according to the regression parameters'analysis of the rule of the peak value of vibration speed in different height steps blasting, the blasting vibration intensity under different conditions of ground elevation can be forecast with relatively accurately. The accuracy, security and reliability of pit-step blasting was improved from the determined results.Then, the numerical simulations of blasting seismic wave decay were made by finite element software LS-DYNA. What's more, compared to the test results, it was found that the numerical simulation results and test data have better consistency. Further research of the attenuation rule of blasting seismic wave tests parameter determination proved the theory for above results.On the total of this. The paper modified the old calculation formula of vibration velocity, make it can forecast reasonably the different conditions of blasting elevation, meanwhile, the affection of seismic wave propagating in height deviation was studied;Also the numerical simulations of blasting seismic wave decay were made by finite element software.Then provited important theory basis on determining the engineer blaste parameters and practicing safetly the engineering.
