The Impact Study Of Two-dimensional Turntable

This paper researches about two-dimensional turn table which is installed in auto, when the turn table is working in special environment, it may be fall under the impact vibration.Based on the research about anti-impact factor of two-dimensional turn table, this paper analysis the configuration of every part in turn table firstly and compare with different material for every part. Finally we choose the best material to design a turn table which has a good character for anti-impact and compute the main load for it.This paper also builds a 3D model for the two-dimensional turn table with CATIA and analysis about this model with ANSYS.Finally, this paper analysis the 3D model about statics mode & instantaneous dynamic with Workbench, we can obtain a distributing drawing about stress strain & displacement, after we research them for turn table and the result can provide a reference for the next research.
