The application of infrared guidance missile in airborne missile is very wide, It can be sensitive to capture infrared heat source signal in close and middle or remote distance and produce effectively strike. Based on the analysis of the infrared guidance principle, a set of infrared heat source ground simulation system based on high accuracy two-dimensional turntable was designed, namely Infrared Heat Source Two-dimensional Turntable System, used to detect the missile capture and tracking signal ability.In making design scheme, based on comparison and selection of different frame and structure, U-U frame structure suitable for this system was chosen. Based on determining the layout of the turntable, optical system of infrared thermal image source two-dimensional turntable was designed. The influence of stability of the optical system, the motion state of reliability, temperature off the path of rays of deformation to light path accuracy was reserached by using the finite element and temperature field analysis method and optical system was designed and checked.The noise of system was reduced by using barn door and flannelette further and the quality of light signal was improved.Based on the completion of the light path design and the determine of the size of the load and form, system scheme and design process of infrared thermal imaging source two-dimensional turntable system was formulated. Pitching and azimuth institutions are the principal design. dynamic balancing analysis for system and build simulation models, statics, vibration modal analysis by finite element software to ensure that the detection system to meet the requirements for working precision. The max shaped variable at torque position (horizontal position) within the error range, and the maximum stress position compensation design; The amplitude frequency characteristics of infrared thermal image source two-dimensional turntable system was tested through the modal analysis, insuring the stability with two sets of servo motor excitation system and without resonance.Control principle scheme and the control principle block diagramis were given, according to the design requirements. Half closed loop control strategy system was insured, and the precision of the system was improved with the current loop, speed loop and position loop,and the design accuracy was met. Finally, the infrared thermal image source two-dimensional turntable system was debugged, and the light source quality was verified by using seeker and analysis system. The system was confirmed to meet the requirements.
