| Gear is widely used in industrial production and mechanical equipment. It is one of the critical foundation components in mechanical equipment. With the development of modern science and technology, the design and manufacturing of gear have been greatly improved. And the design and manufacturing standards of gear directly affect the quality of industrial products. Therefore, the gear's manufacturing occupies an important position in the modern manufacturing industry. The gear precision has an important influence on the mechanical properties of the product. It is important to research and improve the gear measuring technology.This paper analyzes the existing gear measuring technology, and points the shortage of the gear deviation analysis in the existing gear measuring technology. On this basis, this paper proposes a new method in gear deviation calculation and analysis. First, it should obtain the coordinates of the points on the gear surface. Then, these coordinates of the points are used in the mathematical models, which are created in this paper, to calculate the deviation. Finally, it depends on the value of the deviation to determine whether the gear has been processed completely and whether there are problems in the processing. In the end, this paper uses a specific example to discuss the specific processes of the new method. |
