The article mainly accomplishes electrode humidifier's water resistance analysis and experiments validation. The main studying contents and outcomes as follows:1. The deducing of water resistance formula: It transforms water resistance into the model of electrostatic field by electrostatic analogy method and mirror method of electromagnetic field and electromagnetic wave theory, and then calculates with sub-area method and the law of energy conservation. Considered the water resistivity, theoretical formula between water resistance and the level of water can be achieved.2. The designing of experiment device: A multi-point temperature measurement device is designing with DS18B20 thermocouples and STC89C52RC singlechip. Temperature data is collected by thermocouples and processed by singlechip in the lower level computer, and then is sent to the upper computer through serial port to show and store. The software in the upper computer is developed by VB.3. The formula verifying: The temperature of humidifying barrel's exterior can be measured by the multi-point temperature measurement system, and using ANSYS thermal analysis, the internal water temperature will be acquired. Compared of the heat quantity of water resistance producing and the energy of humidification system absorbing, theoretical formula will be verified.According to the research result, water resistance formula accurately reflects the relationship between water level, water temperature and water resistance and has guiding significance on the humidifier's current controlling.
