With the sustained development of China’s industry and the deepening of the reform of manufacturing industry,the new industry had achievements,which has played a supporting role in the development of social economy and the promotion of comprehensive national strength.As an important factor in the environment,temperature plays an important role in industrial construction.With the development of industrialization,the accuracy of environmental temperature has been paid more and more attention.How to make the temperature more accurate in various industries and fields? It is known that the original temperature measurement system can’t meet the requirements of temperature measurement accuracy,which consumes huge resources.Therefore,people put forward a temperature measurement solution based on platinum resistance technology.With the appearance of platinum resistance technology,the accuracy of temperature measurement is improved.Based on the analysis and study of the temperature measurement precision of platinum resistance technology,the author put forward a comprehensive design scheme which is practical,feasible,economical and effective to realize the high precision of the platinum resistance in measuring the temperature.This comprehensive design scheme includes the design of temperature measurement system with platinum resistance and algorithm fitting.In this paper,the temperature measurement system of platinum resistance is introduced in detail,including the design of single chip microcomputer control design,operation amplifier module,clock enable control module,A/D conversion module and other physical circuits.In the design process,the design method of Top-Down is adopted,and the input,logical synthesis,layout planning,layout and wiring of the design are completed in the Matlab integrated development environment,and the platform configuration for the design of the environment is proposed.In hardware,AT89S51 MCU is used as the controller.TLC2543 type A/D converter is used in analogue to digital conversion,and OP07 is used as an operational amplifier and DS1302 clock to enable control module and platinum resistor to choose PT1000 by physical circuit,so as to realize the platform for testing physical environment.The platinum resistance temperature measuring system is characterized by simple and convenient use,high temperature precision,good stability,strong reliability,large temperature range and wide use in various fields.It provides a stable temperature measurement platform for platinum resistance technology.In the algorithm fitting,the author uses the fitting algorithm of Kalman filter and the least square method,and implants the fitting algorithm into the system to achieve the optimization of temperature measurement accuracy.Two effective ways are proposed to improve the accuracy of temperature measurement.First of all,in the design of physical circuit of platinum resistance temperature measurement system,this design adopts a three wire constant current source to perfect the temperature measurement system to eliminate the error of temperature measurement.Secondly,the algorithm is used to optimize the temperature measurement accuracy.Based on the physical design of the temperature measurement system,the fitting algorithm of Kalman filter and least square algorithm is used.When using this method,the temperature measurement accuracy is compared with the Newton iterative algorithm used before,and the fitting algorithm gets more accurate temperature data in the process of temperature measurement in the platinum resistance temperature measurement system.Therefore,the fitting algorithm of Kalman filter and least square algorithm is used to process the temperature data.After simulation,the author thinks that the problem of temperature measurement accuracy in platinum resistance technology can be better solved. |
