| Among all the level measurement instruments, ultrasonic level measurement instrument is developing faster and used more widely. The main merits of ultrasonic level measurement are non-contact, high accuracy, low price, convenience and so on. Now it has been used in industrial production, medical examination, daily life and so on.However, traditional ultrasonic distance measurement generally has lower accuracy, and it is not suitable for industrial real-time observation.Therefore, one kind of wireless ultrasonic liquid level testing device based on MSP430 is desiged for overcoming these shortcomings.The basic principles of ultrasonic distance detecting based on MSP430F149 is introducuced in this paper. A kind of ultrasonic telemeter with the wireless sending and receiving function is designed and developed to be installed under complex environment. The measuring instrument is designed to improve system stability, measurement accuracy and can be achieved real-time data transmission. In order to improve measurement accuracy, performance of system and so on, anti-interference,a series of improvement measures are used in this design.For example, interfere nce is wakened by selecting the appropriate components, using the appropriate circuit layout and wiring, etc. Temperature change on the impact of measurement accuracy is reduced by using a 200kHz high-frequency ultrasonic transducer, increasing in temperature compensation circuit and so on.The design method and system block diagram is given in the article. The system includes a pulse transmitter, receiver circuit, temperature compensation circuit and the corresponding control circuit. Real-time data transmission is realized by using nRF905 wireless transceiver chip.The experimental results show that the instrument have improved the measurement accuracy of ultrasonic ranging, which was high reliability, and can be used to meet the industrial field. |
