Meanwhile, with the development of garden design and horticulture, the significance of plants and landscape and the role of the landscape becomes more important. As architectural and other design professions,the landscape design professional has scientific and practical, site planning must be taken into account when designing landscape. Therefore, the sloping landscape design is a problem that is worthy of researching and thorough examination.In this paper, we used the methord of summary, investigation, case analysis to conduct thesis research. About the summary, Using the landscape building as the main aspect to analysis the space and environment of the slope,developed various types of topographic slope, practical functions and spatial properties. Application of knowledge of climate to analysis the slope environmental characteristics that impact on the climate, summarized the general rule that topography affect climate. Meanwhile, applicate these rules to analysis the influence of topography on vegetation distribution,and provide a scientific basis for selection in designing the slop plant landscape for the plant. On the plant side, the article from the plant's ecological functions and construction features, when the plants combind with landform,analysis the spatial effect formed and the plants influence landform about the ecological and landscape. Considering the elements of plant landscape of slope, obtained the characteristics of the landscape plants, namely, in the natural scenery, includs plant landscape, topography and landscape, sky landscape; in the cultural landscape includes plants and landscape cultural terrain-induced, and enrich their cultural connotations.
