Adsorption refrigeration stands out for its merits of energy conservation and environmental protection in a new round of refrigeration reformationThis paper has designed an adsorption refrigeration experimental system using gravity heat pipe on condition that simulates the vessel practical environment. According to the result of the experiment and calculation, research on Feasibility of adsorption refrigeration in ship. Through the study on this subject, the paper reaches some conclusions:1.Study on the practical application of adsorption refrigeration, especially in ship. Make use of exhaust gas of vessels as the heat source of adsorption refrigeration and calculate the theoretic refrigerating output2.Comparing and analyzing the main features of some common refrigerants and sorbents, selecting CaCl2-NH3 as the working pairs.3.Designing a revolving adsorption bed using gravity heat pipe for its high cost performance to improve the heat transfer performance.4. Selecting appropriate heat pipe working liquid and fixing the dimension of the heat pipe. To ensure the safety running and sufficient heat transfer, this paper has calculated the heat transfer limitation of the heat pipe.5.This paper has designed an experiment to make sure the relationship between the heat pipe working obliquity and heat transfer performance, and finally fix the best working obliquity is 40°. 6.Based on the environment of land, this paper has established a laboratorial platform to simulate practical situation of vessel. It also calculate the area of evaporator and condenser. |
