With the development of the society and improvement of people's living standard, air-conditioning systems have been broadly used, more and more energy are consumed. It is people's wish that there is a new air-conditioning system, in which energy are less used and interior environment is more comfortable in relation to conventional air-conditioning system. The radiation air conditioning system is one of the more comfortable systems. But in hot and humid area, the system easily causes to coagulate dew. So the thesis presents a temperature and humidity independent control air-conditioning system based on liquid desiccant, it can not only solve the problem of coagulating dew, but also consume less energy. In addition, the system uses the heat energy of condenser.First of all, the thesis presents the model of the internal cooling dehumidifier. Compared the common dehumidifier, its characters are more excellent. The effects on the parameter of the air and solution are studied, by changing the temperature and moisture content of inlet air, the temperature and concentration of the solution, mass flow rate ratio. Analyze the effect of these parameters on moisture removal rate and dehumidifi efficiency. Compared to the adiabatic dehumidifier, discusses the difference of two dehumidifiers. Then the model of the adiabatic counter-flow regenerator is constructed., also analyze that the effect of inlet air and solution parameters on the temperature and concentration of solution outlet, estimates the regenerating capacity and efficiency.According to the calculation result of the dehumidifier and regenerator, a temperature and humidity independent control air-conditioning system using radiant panel is designed. The system includes the internal cooling dehumidifier and adiabatic counter-flow regenerator. The regeneration resource is provided by the condenser. The fresh air can remove the latent heat load, while the radiant ceiling removes the sensible heat load. The thesis offers the design of fresh air system, calculates the cooling capacity of the radiant ceiling in Nanjing. According to the calculation, the refrigerating capacity and electric power consumption are less than conventional system.
