Energy conservation has become the consensus of mankind. The energy consumption of air conditioning system accounts for more than 50% of the building energy consumption, which accounts for about 30% of the social energy consumption. So how to reduce the energy consumption of air conditioning systems and to optimize the design of air conditioning systems to causes for widespread concern.Temperature and humidity independent control air conditioning system is a new concept, which has obvious advantage in saving energy consumption and improving the quality of indoor air relative to the traditional air conditioning system. However there is still much to do on the studies of the performance of the temperature and humidity independent control air conditioning system in hot and humid environment in summer and the paper is about the studies on the performance of the liquid desiccant system.First, mathematical model was built to study the dehumidification unit of the Liquid desiccant fresh air units. Using the classical theory of heat and mass transfer, analyzed the adiabatic cross-flow dehumidification unit numerically. Simulated and analyzed the impact on dehumidification capacity in different conditions when solution parameters and air parameters change by simulation program written by C++. Results show that the rise of mass flow and mass concentration rate of the solution, relatively high Inlet air quality density and moisture content is beneficial to dehumidifying capacity of dehumidification unit. The dehumidifying ability of dehumidification unit went down when Solution temperature rises. The change of air temperature of liquid desiccant units had no significant effect on dehumidifying capacity. And as the length and height of dehumidifier increases, the dehumidification efficiency increases significantly. Then verified part of the simulated condition by experiments and proved the validity of the simulation analysis.Secondly, did experiments to test the overall performance of liquid desiccant by experimental platform built in artificial environment laboratory and made up by small liquid desiccant units which can simulate the climate change of year and Tested outlet wind parameters and the power consumption of the heat pump system, the solution pump and fan under the condition of different inlet air temperature and humidity. Calculated and got the unit efficiency change process with the change of inlet and outlet air parameters.Again, analyzed the operation process and running mode of THIC based on liquid desiccant under the condition of different outdoor temperature and humidity theoretically and can provide reference optimum operation of liquid desiccant system.Finally, focused on the Chongqing west railway station waiting hall, used the De ST-C, Tsinghua university load simulation software, Simulated and analyzed the all-year hourly load. through C++ programming software, produced temperature and humidity independent control system software for energy consumption in refrigeration and dehumidification season. Summarizing,it is best to single Waste-heat-reclaim Heat-pump full load operation for Humility Controlling System.accordingly,reducing number of solution humidity units, reducing energy consumption of humidity control system. At the same time, the temperature control system as soon as possible to share more sensible heat load.By comparison, the temperature and humidity independent control system save electricity 20.8% and 71800 ¥ than the conventional air conditioning system in the summer refrigeration dehumidification season...
