In reinforced concrete construction, in order to shorten construction period, lower construction cost, reduce labor intensity as well as considering to save energy and protect environment, this paper presents a new idea:using the GRC composite materials, industrial waste fly ash, slag and other materials to produce glass fiber reinforced cement slab which can be poured directly with concrete during construction to build "GRC formwork and concrete" composite structure. This structure makes GRC formwork as a permanent formwork sharing a common bearing with concrete as a structural element. This paper includes two parts:GRC splicing formwork test; GRC and concrete composite plate loading test. The principal research contents and results are as follows:(1) Stitching on the multiple ways in different splicing of the bending tensile test formwork, the formwork and the formwork by way of docking between, the study reached the following conclusions:Compared with non-occlusion specimens, formwork splicing site by the occlusion treatment increased the bond area in patchwork parts improving the splicing specimens deformation capability; After pasting glass fiber mesh cloth, patchwork parts increased the bearing capacity of the specimens, but decreased the deformational capacity of the specimens; By binding U-wire treatment, the deformation capacity of the specimens has been increased, while little changed in bearing capacity; By pasting the glass fiber mesh cloth as well as binding U-wire treated specimens, the bearing capacity and deformation capacity can be increased with good effect.(2) Several groups by two kinds of composite with different forms of GRC and concrete composite plate loading test in order to study GRC formwork and poured concrete between the bond performance and overall work performance, and composite plate specimens cracking load, failure load, deflection, crack distribution patterns and their changes with the load. The results showed that:After processing the inner surface of the formwork, the bonding power between GRC formwork and concrete is increased and the bearing capacity is higher than that of untreated natural interface composite plate.(3) Through analyzing the split section of destructive composite plate specimens, it is found:surface bond between GRC formwork and poured concrete is safe and reliable, even without any treatment on formwork surface. And the formwork does not loose and peel from the main concrete under the construction.(4) Through contrast test with common concrete specimens on same conditions, it is concluded that:bearing capacity of the composite plate specimen using GRC formwork is not lower than that of common concrete specimens, but the former treated with the interface coating epoxy resin has obviously higher bearing capacity than the latter does, and also higher than other composite specimens bonded with different ways.
