In civil engineering construction, in order to improve the project efficiency, reduce the cost for the project, and take into account the resource conservation and environmental protection, Glass fiber reinforced cement flat is adopted in this paper as a stay-in-place formwork, in construction, which can be poured directly with reinforced concrete during construction to build " stay-in-place cement formwork and reinforced concrete" composite structure in which formwork and concrete will work together.several contents are included in this paper:static load test of composite slabs with different bonding modes of cement formwork interface, static load test of composite slabs with stay-in-place cement formwork with joints, and comparison test of composite slabs with different reinforcement ratio.the main research contents and results are as follows:(1)Through static load test of composite slabs with different bonding modes of cement formwork interface, the following conclusions are obtained:The bearing capacity of composite slab with epoxy resin is obviously greater than normal concrete slab, capacity of composite slab with normal flat interface formwork is lower than those with treated formworks correspondingly and capacity of composite slab with screws is lower than others with treated formworks.(2)Through static load test of composite slabs with stay-in-place cement formwork with joints, the following conclusions are obtained:superimposed splicing has a little influence on the bearing capacity or ductility specimens of composite slabs, but other splicings have little effects on the mechanical properties.(3)After experiment, peeling test is processed for all composite slabs, it is found: Cement formwork bonds perfectly with concrete and both of them can deform compatibly and cooperate well, even without additional treatment to the formwork.(4)Through contrast test with two matched stack of different reiteration composite slabs, it is concluded that:Bearing capacity and ductility specimens of composite slabs with treated formworks is higher than bearing capacity and ductility specimens of composite slabs with normal flat interface formwork, especially composite slabs with epoxy resin. Superimposed splicing has a little influence on mechanical properties, but the impact is not big, the others are not clear.
