| Power electronics technology is a subject composed of the electrical, electronic and control.The contradiction between the complexity of power electronic devices and their wide applications is getting increasingly acute and becomes the bottleneck of technological advances in energy use. Power electronics integration technology makes the main difficulties and the most workload encapsulated in the chip,which has greatly reduced the difficulties of equipment design, manufacturing and maintenance, and has become an effective way to break the technology bottleneck. Thermal control technology is one of the cruical technology that all of the integrated power electronics modules have to deal with. Therefore, it will be significant to work out an effective and reasonable way to improve the reliability and efficiency of the IPEM and lengthen the life of the equipment.The group that I take part in is working on high efficient liquid cooling of the micro-channel heat sink of IPEM based on the substrate, which involves heat transfer, fluid mechanics, material science, control and othe subject knowledge. The dissertation is one part of the project. And the purpose of the dissertation is providing measuring methods, measuring system and evaluating methods for liquid cooling test system of micro-channel heat sink based on substrate of integrated power electronics modules. In this dissertation, four works has been done as follows:1 Scheme design of measuring system. Provide the scheme of the measuring system by looking up to the research materials at home and abroad and combine the characteristics of integrated power electronics modules. In order to ensure the temperature control stability, we adopt direct heating and indirect cooling technoloy, and this is the outstanding feature of the scheme.2 Based on the above scheme, we calculate the parameters and implement in detail, and build the experiment platform for liquid cooling test system of micro-channel heat sink based on substrate of integrated power electronics modules.3 Based on the the experiment platform, we carry out the system identification study for the methods of building dynamic mathematical model for IPEM based on the liquid cooling substrate. And it is also a method to check the measuring experiment which we have build.4 Carry out the evaluating methods study of capability for the IPEM based on the liquid cooling substrate. It is a multiple index, multiple weights and fuzzy decision problem. |
