Test Software Development For Front Data Acquisition Unit According To IEC61850

With the IEC 61850 standards-based digital substation system of promotion, the manufacturers have introduced products that meet the standard, while the process level of digital data acquisition unit is truly the basis of substation, in order to verify that the product features and performance, the need for strict product and scientific testing. IEC 61850 is given Part 10, specifically to regulate the consistency of the whole system performance testing and device testing methods. In order to achieve the purpose of the test must be accompanied by the appropriate testing tools software and the corresponding analog devices, the subject of this paper is based on IEC 61850 pre-data acquisition unit testing tool for software development.This paper is designed according to the needs of pre-test data acquisition unit testing tools, papers first introduced the digital substation with IEC 61850 basic knowledge of the pre-data acquisition unit is given the basic functions, performance, and performance testing methods, after a detailed design requirements analysis, given the testing tool software functionality to be achieved, including data acquisition, preprocessing, storage, display and control output and other functions, according to design requirements are given a detailed design.This paper focused on solving three problems:First, solve the data transmission problems, solve the IEC 61850 standard in keeping with the network to transfer data, using Winpcap capture link-layer technology; Second, realized meet Goose transmission model control technology; Third, realized collected data waveform display and waveform control functions.This test tools designed to not only meet the digital substation process level against the traditional design of a device data acquisition unit pre-test requirements, also meet once a device for digital merged unit test demand, manufacturers can produce reliable products to provide testing support.
