Based on the analysis of the structure and properties of a 1000MW ultra-supercritical boiler, the problem of modeling and simulation of boiler auxiliary system has been studied on Modelica/Dymola platform. The right mathematic models of boiler auxiliary three systematic equipment modules are built, applied mechanism to modeling. Taken 1000MW coal-fired boiler of Jiangsu Taizhou Power Plant for example, based on an ultra-supercritical unit 1000MW power plant, the simulation mode of the power plant is compiled with Modelica language, and the model library is generated. Meanwhile, dynamic numerical model for emulation study on once-through boiler is built in Dymola platform according to the actual physical structure of boiler system. The actual characteristics (including dynamic and static) of the simulation model and the operation data of the real power plant are compared finally. According to the actual plant operating data, applying the Dymola block library the corresponding simulation models are set up and dynamic and static characteristics of the boiler system can be tested. The simulation results were compared at different loads to verify the validity of the model.
