Based on the analysis of thermodynamic system of 1000MW ultra supercritical unit, the problem of modeling and simulation of boiler is studied, which is based on numerical simulation of pulverized coal combustion process in chamber boiler. With the right mathematical model of combustion process, this thesis numerically simulates pulverized coal combustion process in chamber boiler, employing the computational fluid dynamics code Fluent. The numerical results show the distribution of flow field and temperature field. The field running date is used to determine the results of simulation, the simulation performance of model is well. The model of superheated steam generation system is modeled with Modelica language on Dymola platform. In the model the object-oriented modeling mechanism is applied, and the lumped parameter equations is used to depict the generation process of superheated steam. Then the system is simulated with three imports:the flow rate and the enthalpy of feed water in some stable condition, the temperature from result of numerical simulation. The analyzing results show that the object-oriented and modular modeling mechanism in modeling of boiler is effective.
