Study Of 9F Series Single Shaft Gas-Steam Combined Cycle Generating Unit Control System

In order to optimize energy sources and improve environment, Chinese introduces into several 9F series single-shaft gas and steam combined cycle generating units in 2003. For lacking construction and operation experience about the control system of 9F series single-shaft gas and steam combined cycle power plant in domestic power plant, it needs to be put in practice after making comprehensive studies.This paper studies the whole power plant's control mode, network framework of control system, set and practice of information flow rate and control functions. It has come into being a complete set of automatic control system and successfully applied in Zhejiang Banshan natural gas power project which is the first 9FA single-shaft gas and steam combined cycle power project in China. The whole automatic control system has already reached the aim to improve the power plant's automatic control level, keep people and equipment in maximum safe, reduce working intension and increase effect without employing many people.The study result of this paper can be applied in similar domestic extended projects after prove and optimization of project practice, which not only can save a lot of foreign exchange, but also can speed up build process of extended projects and make a great contribution for Chinese science and technology improvement and electrical construction.
