In recent years,Plug-in Hybrid Electric Buses(PHEBs)have been increasingly used in the public transport field because of energy saving and emission reduction features.For hybrid electric bus,enhance the economic which including power system components cost has become the research focus.And it is an effective way to improve the economy of the bus by optimizing the power system components parameters and energy management strategy parameters.Firstly,the single-shaft series-parallel plug-in hybrid electric bus is taken as the research object,analyze the configuration characteristics and working principles and establish the bus model in Matlab/Simulink.Then determine the rule-based control strategy as the energy management strategy of the hybrid control unit(HCU).Secondly,aiming at the problem of parameter optimization of power system components,an objective function which includes component cost,energy consumption and pars of dynamic index is proposed,multi-objective optimization problem is transformed into a single-objective optimization problem using weighting coefficient.At the same time,the actual driving cycle data of the same route are used,and segmentation,fitting and splicing are carried out to obtain a representative one as the driving cycle in the optimization process.At last,genetic algorithm is used to optimize the component parameters,and the optimization results are verified by simulation.The results show that the optimization improve the economy of the bus greatly.Thirdly,in view of the problem of control parameter optimization,the vehicle remote monitoring system is used to calculate the historical driving condition data of the bus for one week on the same line.And according to the departure time,obtain the driving cycles next week as the optimization driving condition.In addition,considering the advantages and disadvantages of Genetic Algorithm(GA)and Ant Colony Algorithm(ACA),a hybrid algorithm is designed to optimize the control parameters.The results improve the economy of the bus and the efficiency of the proposed hybrid algorithm is verified.Finally,based on the v-mode controller software development process for part of theapplication layer software development and verification work.First of all,carry out automatic code generation and software in the loop test for HCU,and then integrate the generate code into original code,compile it and write the.hex file to the actual HCU.Hardware in the loop test based on dSPACE is carried out to verify the effectiveness of the hybrid algorithm for optimization of control parameters.
