The equipment maintenance relations in the distribution network as an important constraint in maintenance scheduling optimization model have a direct impact on the accuracy of the optimization model. And in the daily maintenance scheduling, the maintenance relations also impact the amount of the maintenance outage load. According to the actual conditions, this paper establishes the determination model for the equipment maintenance relations, with the object function based on minimum maintenance outage load, adopts two-layer-tree structure to simplify the distribution network structure, uses the method combining static global topology and dynamic local topology to get a network topology, and proposes a global-first and local-after heuristic search strategy based on tree search algorithm to determine the equipment maintenance relations. The case result verifies the correctness of the model and the effectiveness of the search strategy.
